Mark Cogan is an Irish short film writer and director who studied Film and Video Production at St. John's Central College, Cork, Ireland, from 1997-1999. His short films, including Hitch Hiker, Heart, All Night Long, Partly Cloudy, and The Handsome Shadows, have achieved significant festival and awards success and were broadcast on Irish television. Besides his own short films, he works in television production around Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
